By participating in our classes (Zumbini with Elleesa, Fitsteps with Elleesa etc) you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, its terms. You understand that you participate at your own risk and understand that Fitness and Dancing are physical activity. You are responsible for the wellbeing of your physical self, dependents, and any of my belongings while on the premises and will not hold National Dance and Fitness Incorporated liable. You agree to notify us of any of you or your dependent’s or Children’s medical conditions or behavioral issues that the teacher should be aware of. You have as special parental responsibility for the safety of your Children. You also agree to remain and maintain responsibility for your Children all times before, during and after the class including if he Children are upset, have separation issues, have a serious medical condition, or for any reason your Children needs parental support noting this list is not exhaustive. You understand that contact details may be used by National Dance and Fitness Incorporated to contact you, and that you can opt out at any time you choose. You accept all payments are final and non-refundable.

Zumbini With Elleesa On Behalf Of National Dance And Fitness Incorporated Waiver Of Liability.
By accepting (the acceptor) the terms and conditions of participating in class “i agree”, i (“i” refers to the Zumbini with Elleesa on behalf of National Dance and Fitness Incorporated participant) agree to the following:
It is the purpose of this agreement to exempt, waive, and releases from liability for personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death, including if caused by negligence, including the negligence, if any, of releasees. “Realeasees” include Zumbini with Elleesa on behalf of National Dance and Fitness Incorporated and its directors, agents, and employees.
For and in consideration of the acceptor’s registration with Zumbini with Elleesa on behalf of National Dance and Fitness Incorporated and being allowed to participate in Zumbini with Elleesa on behalf of National Dance and Fitness Incorporated events and activities, the acceptor, on his/her own behalf and on behalf of his/her minor children, hereby waives, releases and relinquishes any and all claims against releasees for liability and any and all causes of action against releasees, including for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death, occurring to the acceptor or the acceptor’s minor children, arising out of participation in Zumbini with Elleesa on behalf of National Dance and Fitness Incorporated’s events and activities and activities incidental thereto, wherever or however they occur. This waiver and release is binding upon the acceptor’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. By participating at National Dance and Fitness Incorporated , I am accepting the use of any images such as photos, videos or any filming taken may be used for any type of promotional purposes.
The acceptor on his/her own behalf and/ or on behalf of his /her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns agrees that if any claim for the acceptor’s or his/her minor children’s personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death is commenced against releasees, the acceptor or his/her heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns shall defend, indemnify and save harmless releasees from any and all claims or causes of action by whomever or wherever made or presented for the acceptor’s or his/her minor children’s personal injuries, property damage, or wrongful death.

How long we retain your data
